5. Intellectual property
The CreateInvoiceNow name, branding, website design, templates, and software remain our property (or that of our licensors). You retain ownership of the content you enter into invoices. You may use generated invoices for your legitimate business purposes.

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service without prior notice.
